I prepared a 60 ml suspension. You had to add 40 ml of water in two portions of about 20 ml.
I, on the other hand, added the whole 40 ml at a time. Does this have any effect on the effect of the suspension?

Dividing the water into 2 portions of 20 ml is designed to facilitate the dissolution of the active substance. However, if you have added 40 ml at once - the antibiotic has been made from the right portion of water, the solution should be thoroughly mixed by shaking the bottle vigorously.
The reconstituted suspension should be stored at a temperature below 25°C. C or
in the refrigerator.
