Is breast pain and swelling a normal symptom after starting Femoston Mini?

Good morning. I was given a femoston mini. Already after the 4th pill my breasts started to hurt a lot. They are hot, heavy and very swollen and beautiful. Is this a normal symptom?

Breast pain, tenderness and swelling is a very common side effect of Femoston Mini and may affect more than 1 in 10 people. Side effects usually occur in the first weeks of treatment and resolve spontaneously over time.
