I have prescribed the contraceptive pill Naraya 4 packs. Even though there were 4 packs available at the pharmacy, I only got 3. The pharmacist explained it by saying that someone might want to do it today. Could she have done that?

At the pharmacy, medications can be postponed/reserved for the patient/prescription and then the pharmacist is not obliged to dispense the medication to another patient who comes to the pharmacy. You can buy the missing packaging at the pharmacy at a different time. If you do not like the partial filling of your prescription, you can fill it in another facility or reserve the required number of packages in advance at the pharmacy of your choice: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/51550/naraya-tabletki-powlekane/apteki
