Should Delicol, Espumisan, BioGaia and D3 be given before each bottle feeding with breast milk?

Good afternoon. I give a 1.5-month-old baby expressed breast milk. Can I combine Delikol, Espumisan and BioGaia and vitamin D3. And should I give these drops at every feeding?

In the case of a baby fed with mother's milk, the following may be given:

Delikol: 9-11 drops before each feeding;
Espumisan 100mg/ml: 5-10 drops should be added to a bottle of milk or given on a small spoon before each breastfeeding; BioGaia: 5 drops 1 time a day, regardless of feeding; vitamin D3 can be combined with BioGaia (also once a day).
