Do I have to wait to switch from isotretinoin ointment to medication Izotek?

I use isotek ointment. I want to discontinue the ointment treatment because I don't see the effects of the treatment after 3 months of using the ointment. Instead of miasca I would like to undertake treatment with isotec orally. Do I have to wait between using the ointment and taking the tablets? Is it possible to smoothly transition from external to internal treatment? A

The possibility and timing of oral isotretinoin therapy should be decided by a dermatologist, based on the current condition of your skin and health.

If you are unable to contact your doctor in person, you can use a teleconsultation with a dermatologist here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-dermatologiem
