Is it possible to combine two treatments - for inverted acne and for regular acne, i.e. isotretinoin and antibiotics?

Good morning, I suffer from Hidradenitis suppurativa (reverse acne), but I also have problems with classic acne. One doctor prescribed me isotretinoin, while the other told me to start treatment with rifampicin and clindamycin.
Can I use these medicines at the same time?

Do not use both treatments at the same time. It may be worth using antibiotic therapy first, and only then, if the lesions persist, isotretinoin.

However, if you are unsure about the treatment, it may be worth consulting another dermatologist, e.g. here:
