Concomitant use of telmisartan with ramipril is usually not recommended and is associated with an increased risk of adverse reactions such as hyperkalaemia, renal failure, hypotension. Therefore, such a drug combination is required, should be used with caution, only on the recommendation and under the care of a physician according to the dosage indicated by him.
