Can you use Pioglitazone With liver and heart problems?
I have bad liver results Alt 81, can I take Pioglitozane in this situation, in addition, I also have arrhythmias.

According to the manufacturer:
"Pioglitazone should not be used in patients with hepatic impairment. Heart failure is also a contraindication to the use of this drug."
