If I have a prescription for 30% and Agomelatine Adamed has fallen off the list of reimbursable drugs, can I get a reimbursed substitute at a pharmacy?

Good morning. I have a prescription for Agomelatine Adamed, issued in December at 30%. In January, they gave me the drug at the pharmacy for 100%. Can a pharmacy dispense a different substitute for Agomelatine, e.g. Egis, which is still at 30% or do I have to have a completely different prescription from the doctor, because the name on this prescription is "Adamed"?

Since the prescription says "Adamed", the pharmacist cannot issue a substitute at a discount – a new prescription from a doctor will be required. A pharmacist could dispense a reimbursable drug if the prescription said "Agomelatine" without indicating the specific manufacturer.
