Should I use a probiotic while taking an antibiotic? Can I take for a sore throat Amotaks ?

Hello, I'm writing with a question about how to take the antibiotic amotaxis 1g (I just have this one at home) in connection with a sore throat, it has been hurting for about 10 days and now I feel that I can no longer swallow saliva, I have no way to go to the doctor. And I know that this antibiotic should work.
