Can I discontinue Thyrozol if TSH is elevated?

I'm treating hyperthyroidism TSH 0.005 I've been taking thyrozole 10mg for 3 months, current TSH result 4.2 slightly too high can I stop taking thyrozole completely? Will abrupt withdrawal cause any side effects?
