It is worth measuring blood pressure regularly in case of symptoms of hypotension - such as weakness, headaches, dizziness, drowsiness. It is a good idea to record the results of the measurements and present them to the doctor at the next visit.

If you notice a headache during the day - this may be a sign of hypoxia during sleep - then you should consult a doctor. You may need to reduce your dose of hydroxyzine.
