This is not advisable.
Please remember that this medicine is obtained with a doctor's prescription and any changes in its use should be preceded by a medical consultation.
The decision to discontinue the drug on its own is associated with a high risk of side effects.
The manufacturer of Zofenil states that cough as a side effect is common in patients taking this medicine.
I encourage you to contact your doctor. You may need to change your dose or switch to a different medication.
