This is not advisable.
Each of these drugs contains a different substance and completely different doses, so they are not substitutes in terms of pharmacology and must not be treated as such. This could have serious health consequences for you.
If you have run out of medication and you do not have contact with a doctor who can issue you a prescription, you should go to a pharmacy (preferably where you buy the above medicines) and ask for a pharmaceutical prescription.
