I'm taking rybelsus 3 mg - the first days. I eat breakfast about 1.5 to 2.5 hours after taking the pill. That's how I work out with my daily schedule. Should I shorten the interval between the pill and breakfast? I haven't measured my blood sugar, but I have the impression that it's going down a lot. Is it just one of the side effects?

Yes, you can reduce the time between taking Rybelsus and eating a meal to 30 minutes. Rybelsus should be taken at least 30 min before meals.
The active substance in Rybelsus is semagulty, semaglutide decreases blood glucose levels in a glucose-dependent manner by stimulating insulin secretion and decreasing glucagon secretion when blood glucose levels are high.
If you suspect that your blood glucose is dropping, it is worth getting a glucometer to control it.
