Currently, none of the pharmacies integrated with GdziePoLek has Cluvot in stock:

Cluvot is a highly specialized drug - it is used in patients with congenital factor XIII deficiency. To the best of my knowledge, there is a National Programme for the Treatment of Patients with Haemophilia and Related Haemorrhagic Disorders in Poland, and under this programme access to medicines for patients suffering from, for example, haemophilia, is ensured. It may be worth asking at the Regional Blood Donation and Haemotherapy Centres.
