Does a beta HCG result of 1.29 mIU/mL indicate no pregnancy?

Good evening, please confirm the interpretation of the hcg test result, which is hcg 1.29 mlu/ml. In my opinion, it indicates the absence of pregnancy. The test was performed on 14.12.2023, my last period was on 08.10.2023. I took three pregnancy tests and they came out negative. The relationship was with security. I'm 47 years old, so it's more like the beginning of menopacity. I have an appointment with the doctor next week. However, for the sake of peace of mind, I would like to ask you to confirm whether I read the result correctly.

The result means no pregnancy.

A value below 5.3 mIU/ml indicates that she is not pregnant.
