Can palpitations occur after taking Bisocard?

Hello. Can there be palpitations after bisocard 2.5? I've been taking bisocard 2.5 for 1.5 weeks now and 5 days ago I started to have knocks that are terribly annoying.

The manufacturer states that among the side effects in patients using Bisocard, bradycardia, i.e. a slowing of the heart rate, may occur.

If you have any worrying symptoms, you should contact your doctor and tell him or her about your observations. You may need to change your dose or switch to a different medicine.
