Good morning, my daughter got today the antibiotic auglavin (400mg + 57mg) 10ml twice a day at a weight of 27 kg. Out of curiosity, I weighed her at home and it turned out that she weighs 26 kg, wouldn't 10 ml of antibiotic be too much in this case?

It will not be too high a dose, you can administer the medicine as directed by your doctor.
