Is it normal for bleeding to occur after taking a Zafrilla tablet?

I got my first period while taking Zafrilla - it has been going on for 3 days longer than usual. I've also noticed that until I take the pill, my period seems to be gone. However, after 2-3 hours from taking the pill - bleeding starts again. Should I contact a gynecologist?

I know that the first three months there may be changes in the bleeding profile, but I find it strange that bleeding occurs only AFTER taking the pill.

Such symptoms are normal and characteristic of the beginning of the Zafrilla treatment.
The situation should normalize within the next 2-3 cycles.

If the bleeding does not stop, lasts longer than 14 days or is very abundant, accompanied by abdominal pain - then it is worth consulting a gynecologist.
