The use of both drugs at the same time is not indicated.
This exacerbates their adverse effects on the heart. Your blood pressure may also be significantly lowered. Drops in blood pressure can occur especially when changing body position (e.g. when getting out of bed) and manifest as dizziness or even fainting.
Other side effects may also occur during the combined use of the drugs: excessive sedation, impaired consciousness, drowsiness, breathing disorders, visual disturbances, dry mouth, difficulty urinating, increased body temperature.
If medications have been prescribed by different doctors, a consultation is advisable to determine whether these medications can be used at the same time and, if so, whether there is a need to change the dosage.
