The use of Finlepsin is not punished by the police. You are taking medication prescribed by your doctor for medical purposes for a particular disease entity.
Tests used by the police in Poland are designed to detect the presence of prohibited substances in the body, such as marijuana, heroin, cocaine, LSD, ecstasy.
Due to nervous system side effects such as dizziness and somnolence at the start of therapy, at higher doses and in combination with other medicines affecting the nervous system, carbamazepine, even when used as prescribed, may reduce the ability to react quickly to the point of making driving impossible, regardless of the symptoms of the disease.
