Can I apply Evra in the afternoon instead of in the morning?
Hello, as fate would have it, my day of applying the second patch falls on January 1st, New Year's Eve. I always apply the patch at 6 a.m., so I have a question about what is the best option in this situation. Change the patch the day before, on December 31, at 7/8/00 p.m., or after a New Year's Eve party, e.g. at 12/14?

Yes. There are no contraindications to applying the patch at 12-14 o'clock on January 1.
Protection will be maintained and there is no need to worry.
