Nebbud and Nebu-Dose Hipertonic are completely different preparations, with different effects and indications. They should not be used interchangeably.
Nebbud is a prescription drug in the form of an inhalation suspension, most commonly recommended for the treatment of asthma and acute laryngitis. It contains the active ingredient budesonide - a glucocorticoid with anti-inflammatory effects in the lungs.

Nebu-Dose Hipertonic, on the other hand, is a hypertonic inhalation sodium chloride solution used to relieve the symptoms of respiratory infections. The product moisturizes the mucous membranes, reduces swelling and thins and facilitates the removal of residual secretions, thus supporting the treatment of wet cough.

We already have such a drug at home so I would like to use it, on the leaflet I write that it can be given from 6 months of age. Is it necessary to buy the second drug?
