Levosol should not be used if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
There are limited data on the safety of the drug in pregnant women, but animal studies have shown a reduction in weight gain and the active substance levodropropizine has been shown to cross the placental barrier. Levosol does not affect fertility.
