Can you combine the Bioaron system and Pelafen for the common cold?

Good morning
I'm giving my kids - 21 months and 5 years old - a baby biaron system for immunity - can I also give them a pelafen cold 1+ because something seems to be taking them. Can these medicines be used together? Greetings Monika
