Due to very irregular cycles (30-70 days) I started taking the contraceptive Orifique, exactly on the 32nd day of the cycle (the ultrasound showed neither ovulation nor approaching menstruation). How long does it take for full protection against pregnancy to take place?

If you start taking Orlifique on the first day of your menstrual period, you are protected immediately from pregnancy.
You can also start taking the drug on days 2-5 of the cycle, but then you need to use additional contraceptives (for example, condoms) for the first 7 days.
In your case, due to irregular cycles, I would advise you to use an additional form of contraception until the end of your next menstrual period.
