Convulex and Neurotop are medications that are used together to treat epilepsy.
Valproic acid (Convulex) may potentiate the toxic effects of carbamazepine (Neurotop). Clinical observation of the patient is recommended, especially at the start of concomitant therapy, and dose adjustment is recommended if necessary.
