If I experience nausea and malaise after Solderol 30,000, can I reduce the dose?

Female, 24 years old, TSH upper limit (4.23), otherwise everything is fine. Vitamin D3 at level 24 (normal above 30). The endocrinologist prescribed me solderol 30,000 once a week. After taking the first pill, I felt nauseous and my heart beat faster. Can I take half a pill a week or stick to one a week? Isn't that too much?

Continue taking Solderol 30,000 as directed by your doctor. If the side effects persist and are bothersome for you, it is worth reporting it to your doctor.

Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and keep them up to date, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane

Adverse drug reactions can also be reported individually: https://www.urpl.gov.pl/pl/produkty-lecznicze/monitorowanie-bezpieczeństwa-leków/zg moose-side-effect-0

After an hour, the nausea and malaise subsided.
