Can zevesin make my child's vision worse? My son's eyesight is worse, the ophthalmologist prescribed glasses, and I don't know if it's actually a defect or a side effect of the drug. He takes it for the second month. He turns his knobs strangely. This has never been done before,

Side effects of Zevesin include blurred vision (affects up to 1 in 10 people) and dry eye syndrome (affects up to 1 in 100 people).
Side effects usually go away on their own when the drug is discontinued. It is worth consulting their occurrence with the attending physician.
Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and keep them up to date, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
Adverse drug reactions can also be reported individually: https://www.urpl.gov.pl/pl/produkty-lecznicze/monitorowanie-bezpieczeństwa-leków/zg moose-side-effect-0
