There are several possible explanations, but it is best to ask for a clear explanation at the pharmacy where you ordered the medicine.
The refusal could be caused, for example, by the fact that you ordered a prescription drug but did not show it when you picked it up. Exceptionally, there may also be a mistake or misunderstanding related to an error in the state, putting away the wrong drug, selling it to another person despite a reservation, etc.
