How to use Pronasal nasal drops due to discrepancies between prescription and prescription card?

the case concerns the drug Pronasal 50mcg/dose. the prescription stated the dosage: D.S. 2 x (1+1) intranasally and the doctor wrote in the recommendations: "Pronasal 2x2 (1+1) intranasally".
So how should I use this medicine?

Pronasal should be used according to the instructions on the note given at the appointment (i.e. 2 sprays in each nostril 2 times a day). I know from experience that the dosage on the prescription can differ from what the patient should actually use. If you have any doubts about the recommended dosage of the drug, I encourage you to consult your doctor again.
