How much mmHg can a 40 mg Tezeo tablet lower blood pressure?
Good morning, how much is a 40 mg tablet of Tezeo able to lower blood pressure ? I asked a cardiologist who says that a single drug usually lowers it by no more than 10-15 mmHg, and the internist says that 50 or even 60 mmHg, who is there to listen to now? 🤔 And how long after taking the first tablet will the preparation start to work?

The dose and blood pressure-lowering effect of the medication you are taking may vary depending on the individual patient's response, the severity of the hypertension, general health, and other factors. Both the cardiologist and the internist are somewhat right, but the answer to this question is relative.
Tezeo is an antihypertensive medicine that contains telmisartan, an active ingredient that acts as an angiotensin II receptor blocker. This can lead to dilation of blood vessels and lower blood pressure. In the scientific literature, I do not find studies determining the average decrease in blood pressure after administration of strictly defined doses of telmisartan.
