Pylera and Nux Vomica?
I am on the second day of my pylera therapy. This morning I felt nauseous after taking it.
Is it possible to take homeopathy with the medication such as nux Vomica?
Should I stop therapy because of nausea?
Because according to the package insert, nausea occurs very often....
Thank you.

Before making any decisions about your treatment, including the use of homeopathy in combination with conventional medicines, I encourage you to consult your treating doctor, who knows the details of your current health situation. If you feel nauseous during Pylera therapy, it is important to tell your doctor immediately. Your doctor will be able to assess whether adding homeopathy to your therapy is safe and effective in this case.
A side effect with Pylera may have occurred, but another cause (e.g. gastric complaints) cannot be ruled out. Nausea may affect up to 1 in 10 people treated with Pylera, and vomiting and headache slightly less often (up to 1 in 10 people). According to the leaflet, "Tell your doctor immediately and stop taking metronidazole (one of the ingredients in Pylera) if you experience abdominal pain, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, fever, malaise, tiredness, jaundice, dark urine, dark stool or itching." This may be a sign of liver complications.
If you do not have the possibility of an in-person visit, I encourage you to take advantage of the teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:
