How to properly dose Sarcomil and Cignon dietary supplements?
Please can someone tell me how to dose the dietary supplement Sarcomil and Cignon.. Is 2 tablets a day e.g. 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, or 2 at a time? Does it take 2 am and 2 pm ?? Because I read on the internet and write differently.

The following supplements should be taken according to the manufacturer's recommendations:
Sarcomil: 4 caps. per day - 2 caps. in the morning and 2 caps. in the evening. It is best to take them with meals.

The above supplements can be taken with or without food. On the other hand, a very important issue is regularity in application. If you want to take this medicine in the morning, you should take it at the same time each day.
