Will Aspicam help with goose's foot?

I have a question. Well, the doctor prescribed me the drug Aspicam for back pain 1 time a day. But I also have goose's foot inflammation. Can I also lubricate my knee with gel, e.g. Dicloziaja ?? Since I'm taking Aspicam.. Will Aspicam itself also work on goose's foot inflammation ??
