Can a child experience stomach pain and a sore throat return 2 days after stopping Octeangin?
My daughter took octeangin tablets for 3 days, she has a sore throat, she is 9 years old. Everything was ok. After stopping after 2 days, she started complaining of stomach pain and a sore throat back. Are there side effects of this drug even a few days after?

The drug has a local effect, so it is unlikely that it has caused abdominal pain after 2 days of taking it.
Perhaps these symptoms are related to the development of an infection.
I would also like to point out that Octeangin is indicated for use in children from 12 years of age. The efficacy and safety of this medicine in younger children has not been studied.
It would be best to consult your pediatrician.
