Due to peptic ulcer coroba I can't take mydocalm forte, what is its equivalent?

Gastric ulcers are not a contraindication to Mydocalm Forte. It may be worth including a protective drug, e.g. with omeprazole, polprazole.
As Mydocalm may aggravate gastrointestinal discomfort, it should be used for as short a time as possible until the symptoms subside.
Omeprazole and polprazole drugs can be purchased in pharmacies without a prescription.
