Can a pregnancy test taken 30 days after intercourse rule out pregnancy?

The lady in the lab told me that the beta hcg test <1,10 mlu wykonany 17 dni po stosunku i 9 dni po spóźniające się miesiączce jest niewiarygodny, gdyz został wykonany za wcześnie. Powtórzyłam test z moczu 30 dni po stosunku o czułości 10 mlu i wyszedł negatywny. Czy mogę już wykluczyć ciąże czy powtórzyć test ?
