Good morning, lately, when I feel the need to defecate, in addition to the known pain in the lower abdomen, my lower back hurts, is it normal ?

Pain during defecation is an indication for medical consultation. You can try to use medications that reduce gas, e.g. Espumisan (bloating can cause stabbing pain) and probiotics that normalize the intestinal flora, e.g. Dicoflor. If there is no improvement and the pain in the lumbar area is still felt, you should see a gastroenterologist.
