Is it worth using Acnatac at a higher dose if I see the effects of the treatment?

Acnatac is only available in one dose - each gram of gel contains 10 mg (1%) of clindamycin (in the form of clindamycin phosphate) and 0.25 mg
(0.025%) tretinoin.
Acnatac should not be used continuously for more than 12 weeks without careful evaluation of the changes. Therefore, if in your case the changes have disappeared, it is worth consulting a doctor. Most likely, it will be possible to gradually discontinue the drug and replace it with a preparation with a maintenance effect - with a weaker effect, for long-term use.
