Where can I buy the Staloral Alternaria 400 desensitization vaccine and how effective is it?
Staloral 400 Alternaria - two questions: how is the effectiveness of this desensitization evaluated and is there an option to order this drug somewhere? I have prescriptions for the basic and maintenance kit, but the lady at the pharmacy said that she can't even order it because it's not available in the wholesaler :/

The effectiveness depends, m.in on the patient's age or the duration of therapy.
According to the manufacturer:
"Specific immunotherapy is more effective the younger it is started. The use of allergen immunotherapy in children under 5 years of age is not recommended. The dosage should be determined individually for each patient.
The dose does not depend on age, but on the patient's individual reactivity.
In the case of seasonal allergy, it is recommended to start treatment 2 to 3 months before the pollen season and continue until the end of the season. In the case of a year-round allergy, it is recommended to continue treatment throughout the year."
