Can I use Vertigoheel homeopathic preparation for Polvertic?

Hello
So far I have been taking polvertic 24mg 2 x a day for half a tablet, but currently it is not available in pharmacies. Can I substitute it for vertigoheel homeopathic remedy? I would like to add that I am also currently taking spironol and bisocard

In this case, do not replace the medicine with a homeopathic remedy. You can use available substitutes for Polvertic. Here you can check the availability of substitutes and make a reservation at the pharmacy:

These medicines can be obtained interchangeably, with the same prescription as Polvertic.
