Prescriptions issued for substances from group I-N, such as oxycodone, can be filled in Poland on the basis of a document such as an electronic prescription. If a cross-border prescription has been issued, it cannot be dispensed either. Narcotics cannot be prescribed on such a prescription. This is stated in Article 96a(1b) of the Pharmaceutical Law.
