The notation "positive" refers to the result of the culture itself, which means that the collected material contained microorganisms that were isolated in the laboratory (in this case, the bacterium Klebsiella pneumoniae).
Further information is an indication of treatment options. The four drugs that have been listed (m.in. Cefuroxime, Trimethoprim) can only be used in certain cases due to the potential risk of treatment failure.
Your doctor has prescribed Amoksiklav, which is a combination of amoxicycline and clavulanic acid. The antibiogram presented in the table indicates that it is a good choice, because such a drug used orally (spelling "oral") will be effective - the bacterium is sensitive to the combination of these two substances (visible letter "S" denoting the sensitivity of the microorganism).
