Could a single dose of Zentel damage organs in a person who was healthy and took the drug prophylactically?

Good morning. Recently, I underwent a treatment with zentel because one of my household members was diagnosed with pinworms. The dose was a one-time dose, but I don't think I had any. My question is, could a single dose have damaged organs in a person who was healthy and took the drug prophylactically? What tests should be done to check this?
