Hello, does agomelatine need to be tested every 3 months if the AST results are always normal, I have been taking the drug since April 2022

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics for agomelatine, it is recommended that the frequency of liver function tests be as follows:
-before starting treatment
then:
- after about 3 weeks of treatment,
- after about 6 weeks (end of the acute phase),
- after approximately 12 and 24 weeks (end of the maintenance phase)
- and later, when clinically indicated.
- When increasing the dose, liver function tests should be performed again with the same
frequency as at the start of treatment.
