Should I take an extra tablet of Pram if I vomited half an hour after taking the tablet?

I've been taking 20 mg pram tablets for 5 days. I took a pill and after half an hour I was vomiting. Should I take an extra tablet? I have the feeling that after these medications I don't know what's going on, is this normal?

Medication in tablet form is usually absorbed within an hour of administration, so I would consider giving an additional tablet in case you vomit half an hour after taking the tablet.

Regarding the second question, you are probably experiencing a side effect from Pram. They are generally mild and temporary. They most often occur during the first 1 to 2 weeks of treatment and usually decrease in severity thereafter.

And the first visible effects of the therapy, in the form of improvement of depression symptoms, are usually observed as early as 1-2 weeks of treatment. The maximum effect of the drug in patients is usually achieved within 5-6 weeks of treatment.
