I would like to ask you to clarify your question. In the Official List of Medicinal Products Registered in Poland, I did not find the drug "medikanet".

Regarding the action of NeoBianacid, it does not actually block the production of hydrochloric acid.
NeoBianacid contains the Poliprotect molecular complex with mucoadhesive properties. It protects the gastric mucosa from contact with gastric juice and irritants by creating a protective layer.
