No, Dicloduo combi does not contain statins. It contains diclofenac, a substance belonging to the group of NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) and omeprazole (i.e. a proton pump inhibitor) - in this case, acting as a shield for the stomach against the irritating effects of the analgesic component.
